Criminal record checks

Welcome to the criminal record check request system from the Sécurité publique de la MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais. This system allows you to request a criminal record check 24 hours a day, without having to visit our offices. All elements of the process—verification of your identity, payment of fees, and criminal record check certificate—are handled electronically. If no issues are found and no follow-up is required, you will receive an email with instructions on how to securely download your criminal record check certificate.

You cannot submit a request on behalf of another person. Authentication questions are based on the personal credit file of the person submitting the request, and the questions are timed to require you to respond quickly, thereby enhancing security and confidentiality. If your identity verification fails, you will need to upload a photo of yourself with your ID to confirm your identity.

This process is for people residing in the municipalities of La Pêche, L'Ange-Gardien, Val-des-Monts, Cantley, Chelsea, or Pontiac.
