Criminal Background Check for Non-Residents of the MRC des Collines de l’Outaouais

Welcome to the online portal of the MRC des Collines de l’Outaouais Public Safety Department for individuals requiring a criminal background check. This system allows you to request a criminal background check 24 hours a day without having to visit our offices. All steps of the process, including identity verification and payment of fees, are completed electronically. If no further verification is required, you will receive an email with instructions on how to securely download your criminal record check certificate.

You cannot submit the application on behalf of someone else. The verification questions will pertain to the applicant’s personal credit history, and the response time is limited to ensure a prompt reply and to further enhance security and confidentiality.

The Public Safety Department of the MRC des Collines de l’Outaouais will only disclose the results of the background check to the applicant. Under no circumstances will we share these results with a third party or an employer.
